For 2 months I lived and worked in New Zealand at IBM’s Auckland’s offices. Air New Zealand engaged IBM to lead a series of Enterprise Design Thinking workshops. Our goal was to use these workshops to both iterating on transformative / delightful experiences for the Air New Zealand passenger, and educate Air New Zealand key stakeholders on the Enterprise Design Thinking framework.
