Integrating Internet of Things (IoT) and Watson Augmented Intelligence (AI), IBM was asked to explore state-of-the-art opportunities for The Universal Orlando Resort theme parks. While working on site in Orlando, I led a team of Universal department Directors through a series of IBM Enterprise Design Thinking workshops.
